Have eaten with Birk's several times over the past 7 years and can say I have never had a bad experience. The steak is top grade and would rival any Kobe I have tasted. Preparation is flawless and the table service is outstanding. Try their seafood sampler starter platter. Amazing. The only good thing about the silicon slow down is you can get seated at Birks a little faster!! More Reviews
