Sierra Window Concepts   

In 2008 we purchased 9 windows and a patio door from Sierra Windows. When the sales person came out to give us the quote he was very nice and very polite. We decided to go ahead and purchase the windows from Sierra. Because they were the lowest price and the best quality and plus we were also expecting a $99 dollar rebate per window and the price was going to be allot less than their competitors. Finally after 8 weeks of waiting we had the windows installed I have to tell you they were not the same windows we were shown on the day we meet with the salesperson it was nothing the like the windows that were shown to us. Because this windows were ugly I tell you. When we confronted Sierra Windows about the windows and the rebate they said the price of the windows were included as the advertised special in the LA Times and they said that's what you ordered. That's not the way the salesperson Steven Marshal explained. I called Sierra Windows probably 10 times they keep transferring me in to a voicemail that never get returned. I like to have my $99 per window rebate ASAP and my windows checked by a professional to see if its the same windows ordered.

I had my windows and doors installed in early December of 2007 by Sierra Window Concepts and they have exceeded my expectations. They are beautiful, extremely quiet, easy to use and my home has been warmer lately. My first SDG & E bill went down 34% and this makes me very happy. I also love that both windows move. I got 3 estimates and they were not the cheapest, but without a doubt the best. All the estimates I got were within 8% of each other. The rep that came out was without a doubt the most knowledgable and informative of all the companies and the installers were fantastic. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and they did the whole job in 1 day. I could't believe that they could install 14 windows and 3 doors in 1 day, but they did and I am a very happy customer.
