The once-Goth bar got a glam makeover, appealing to the moneyed patrons frequenting such late-night hangouts like Le Passage, Transit and White Star. Crobar is brighter, glossier, and boasts a brand-new, bangin' sound system that demands your presence on the dance floor. But if you can't fit on the somewhat small space, try your luck at getting upstairs to the VIP sections. For those who like to look, the balcony surrounds the dance floor, where you can gawk at all the action. Head further back and into the fray--where all the city's beautiful people play--for another DJ who plays mostly hip-hop and pop remixes ranging from Outkast to Prince. There's no dance floor and don't expect to sit unless you're shelling out the dough for table service (anywhere from $300 on up), but this is where the movers and shakers settle in. The current entertainment schedule: Wednesday night is Carnaval, presented by V5 Entertainment (10PM-4AM); Friday night has DJs Andrew Vonn and KJ in the Suite (10PM-4AM); Saturday night boasts residents Mixin Marc with Nathan Scott and Victor R. in the Suite (10PM-5AM).
